Section 1063.16 of the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code, as amended, establishes that the entity that receives payments for insurance premiums must submit an Informative Return (Form 480.7F) to its commercial clients before February 28 of each year.
In the case of non-commercial clients of Triple-S Propiedad, Inc., Form 480.7F will only be issued to those who requested it on or before February 16, 2024. For requests after that date, Triple-S Propiedad You will have 45 days from the request to file it, per section 1063.16(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Clients will be able to access Form 480.7F as of March 1, 2024 through the Unified Internal Revenue System (SURI).

You, residential client will also have available the option to file in a safe and secure manner Form 480.7E to claim your deduction, or you may opt, as provided by Section 1063.16 of the Code, to submit a written request to the following email address moc.r1713416644psss@1713416644savit1713416644amrof1713416644nipst1713416644 for the insurer to issue within 45 calendar days Form 480.7F. This option is not available for commercial clients, as provided by Section 1063.16.
